This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Whiteboard: Draw & Teach (Package Name: com.jeweality.whiteboard) available on the Google Play Store. It explains how our application functions, what information may be processed when you use the app, and how we protect your personal privacy in strict adherence to Google Play Developer Policies and Google AdMob Publisher Policies.

By downloading, installing, or using Whiteboard: Draw & Teach, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the application.

Whiteboard: Draw & Teach is engineered with a strict offline-first architecture. We believe your drawings, lecture notes, diagrams, and sketches are your private intellectual property.

What is NEVER transmitted to external servers:

• Your Whiteboard Content: Drawing paths, pen strokes, highlighter markings, shapes, inserted notes, and canvas projects are never uploaded, analyzed, or shared.
• User Accounts or Profiles: The app does not feature user registration, logins, passwords, social media integration, or profile creation.
• Personal Contact Information: We do not ask for or collect your name, phone number, address, or email within the app interface.
• Camera or Audio Streams: We do not record microphone audio, video, or background sensor data.
• Photo Gallery Access: The app only accesses specific image files that you voluntarily choose through the Android system file picker when adding an image to your canvas. It never scans or indexes your photo library.

To provide this application free of charge to teachers, students, tutors, and creators worldwide, we display digital advertisements powered by Google AdMob (a service provided by Google LLC).

When advertisements are displayed in the application, the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Play Services Ads) automatically processes technical parameters to deliver, measure, and optimize ads, as well as protect against invalid clicks and ad fraud.

Information Processed by Google Mobile Ads SDK:

• Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID), Android ID, device manufacturer, device model, operating system version, and system language.
• Network & IP Address: Coarse/general location at city or country level derived from IP address (used to deliver regionally relevant ads and prevent click fraud). Precise GPS coordinates are never requested.
• Diagnostic & Performance Metrics: Ad loading latency, error reports, crash data, ad impression counters, and user interaction signals (clicks, dismissals).

Whiteboard: Draw & Teach requests the minimum set of permissions necessary to deliver its core whiteboard capabilities and load advertisements. We follow the principle of least privilege.

Protecting the privacy of young children and students is of paramount importance to us. Whiteboard: Draw & Teach is built as a general-audience educational and sketching utility suitable for teachers, tutors, students, and professionals.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy:

• We do not knowingly collect, store, or solicit personally identifiable information (PII) from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).
• The drawing canvas operates offline and does not permit public profile sharing, unmoderated chat rooms, or social broadcasting.
• Advertisements requested through Google AdMob comply with Google Play Developer policies regarding child-directed app requirements.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at service@jeweality.com. We will promptly investigate and permanently delete any such data.

If you reside in the EEA or UK, you are entitled to statutory rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

Because Whiteboard: Draw & Teach stores all whiteboards and drawings locally on your device:

• Deleting Whiteboards: You can delete any individual board or page directly inside the app at any time by selecting the board card and tapping "Delete".
• Clearing Export Cache: In the App Settings under "Storage Management", you can tap "Clear Temporary Export Cache" to immediately purge temporary exported image files.
• Complete Data Purge: Uninstalling the application or using Android's "Clear Storage / Clear Data" in system settings will immediately and permanently erase all saved boards, settings, and cached data from your device.
• Support Correspondence: If you send us an email for feedback or bug reports, we retain that correspondence only as long as necessary to address your inquiry. You may request immediate deletion of your email records at any time by emailing service@jeweality.com.

We take reasonable, industry-standard administrative and technical precautions to safeguard any information associated with our application:

• Android Application Sandboxing: Android's Linux kernel isolations ensure that other apps installed on your device cannot access Whiteboard's private files or board data without root bypass.
• Encrypted Communications: Any transmission carried out by third-party SDKs (such as AdMob ad requests) is conducted over industry-standard Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS) encryption.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our app practices, new features, or modifications in applicable legal and regulatory standards (such as Google Play Developer policy updates).
